Albasha Greek Lebanese Cafe -slidell

Besides the food being okay, not upset with the cooks, everyone working front of house is wildly unprofessional and disrespectful. I changed the suggested tip to a lesser amount because I had gotten my order made wrong because our waitress didn 't listen to our requests, she didn 't give us refills or even help after a drink was spilled, we never got our bread that we had asked for, and at the end of this all after telling us we should not change her suggested amount, she then insulted us saying we probably just don 't make enough to eat out . The manager/owner came out at the start of the interaction and then said he had not heard what had happened and that we were making too big of a deal. I told him it was horrible that she insulted me and my wife in such a way and he kept saying it was just miscommunication. I 'll never come back. Worst service than McDonald 's. Just order doordash or don 't eat there at all.

Stopped by on our way through Slidell. Extremely happy with everything about our food and the service. We will be regulars anytime we come through.

Amazing service and great food. The waiter gave us a sample of the gyro and chicken and checked on us multiple times.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They checked some ingredients for me (I have a dairy nut allergy so I knew what would be safe. They also brought out a sample of the different meats for us all of which were delicious. I got the fatoush salad which our server recommended the veggies dressing were so fresh and the crispy pita added a lovely crunch. Still can't get over how wonderful the staff was, especially Christy, Devin, and Molly! Thank you! Atmosphere was very nice the high backs of the booths the entrance design limits noise. Bathrooms clean and smell nice! Dietary restrictions: Checked ingredients on pita. Said they could cook items in oil instead of butter if needed :

Everything was so good! And everyone who works there is super-friendly. Can’t recommend highly enough.
