Mcdonald's - Eden Isle

I go here for breakfast a few times a week. This could be one of the best ran McDonald's I have ever been to the staff is always very nice and clean... And my food is always hot and order correct. Job well done!

Ridiculously poor service. Ordered just an iced coffee inside at 10 AM and it took 15 minutes to recieve it. It was only this fast because I eventually complained. The order hadn 't been lost, I saw the man pick the ticket up off the counter from the same spot he had been filling other orders for the past 10+ minutes. Somewhat apologetic which I guess counts for something but didn 't do me any good.

I went inside to place an order for 1 lg caramel frappe with xtra caramel drizzle. I finished ordering my order within 10 seconds at the kiosk. I had 1 lady in front of me who was waiting on a water. Now this was at around 9:30-10a.m., so they were kind of busy. The drive-thru was moving, I seen a coworker make 4 frappes for them. Most of these kid employees were too distracted watching another kid handout paychecks at the front counter to all the employees on and off the clock. Since when do you hand pay checks out to employees on the clock and not in the back office? ? They need a stronger leader if you ask me. Moral of the story.... I waited patiently for 15 mins., but had to get a refund because I couldn't make myself late to my meeting.Date was: Wed. Feb.14, 2024In my experience with going inside these days, NO MATTER how long the drive thru is and how dead the inside is, NEVER GO INSIDE! I'll never make this mistake again. You'll be lucky to be greeted indoors.

Staff are not friendly at all. The lady at the window was so mean to the young girl because she got my drink wrong. I made up for it by telling the young lady thank you so much and have a good day. It doesn't cost McDonald's hardly anything to remake drink. Employees must remember to be nice to each other.
