Contribuisci feedbackThe lady that helped me today was really lacking in customer service. She said get two add ons and the third one is free but we were charged for all three. My drink wasn’t correct but she offered no apology, seemed. bothered that I had returned, and then my drink still wasn’t right. Hopefully next time is a better experience.
Last night my daughter bought three drinks. One was the strawberry lemonade and two was the cherry which was supposed to be some sort of holiday drink. It was horrible when she tried to explain how bad it taste she was told well as a free drink that’s not how you handle something Horrible customer service she thought it was a fruit type of drink. It had dates in it and Dates and cinnamon do give off a unique taste that everybody cannot handle and she did not know it had dates and cinnamon in it they didn’t offer to remake it. Yes, it was at the end of the night they didn’t offer to say come back the next day get another drink without that she told me to throw it away both drinks
This was my first time at this location as I frequent the Pontchartrain spot. Iv always request smoothies and bowls without turbinado. This particular location stated that they were unable to tamper with the base. I found it odd being that I've gone to other locations with no problem. So now either this particular location is gasing me or my original spot has been feeding me something I requested not to have. Either way, we have a problem
Expensive but great drinks. Chocolate Hulk is my favorite, I would try their seasonals but they don't do samples, so you'd buy a 10$ drink and have to drink it wether you like it or not. This particular location has rude service, I've been there 3 times and every time they are rude. Otherwise I would give more stars.
This is usually my go to smoothie king but not today! My experience was horrible today. In the drive through I order 2 angel food slim 20oz (mainly because I have the rewards 2 for $8). After telling associate my order she did repeat MEDIUM and I politely said 20 ounces. I don’t know where the mix up was from 20 oz to medium but I pull up and she says $18 and scans so quickly I look at the receipt and see it’s for 2 32 ounce smoothies and it used one of my $2 rewards which made it $16. I was really upset when I asked her about it she never apologized instead she stated well I repeated it back you did and was WRONG I nicely said 20 ounces! So I at this point I want a refund because I went in kind of spending a little over $8 not $18. Well I can’t get a refund because I used my app and didn’t have my card with me there was no way to cancel the transaction at all so I was stuck with the 2 enormous smoothies that I didn’t ask for and still with no apology! I will NOT return EVER that was horrible and I am not one to even write a horrible review but this type of service was just rude! It would have been different If I know I would have mistakenly said medium but I didn’t and also had she apologized but she did not! It wasn’t my fault it was yours!
