Ming Hing Hibachi - Edenton

I've visited this restaurant several times and have always been pleased. The hibachi chicken is fantastic, and the honey chicken is quite flavorful as well. I really appreciate that they use white meat in their chicken dishes. It's a wonderful addition to our small town of Edenton!

The food was amazing! We ordered the hibachi special to go and even after a 15-minute drive, everything was still delicious. The steak wasn't overcooked, and the shrimp were both impressive in size and flavor. The ginger sauce was among the best I've ever tasted, along with the yum yum sauce.

The food is good but the family that runs this place is phenomenal. The owner/patriarch, Mei, was very friendly, talked to me, and actually helped me to fix my car by lending me a monkey wrench and lighting up my engine bay with his flashlight. His daughter is really kind as well, gave good recommendations and explained the dishes well. Edenton is lucky to have Ming Hing!

I visited this restaurant because of the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed! The food was excellent! The only downside is that the portions are on the smaller side for the price. For example, we ordered a hibachi chicken and shrimp plate for around $18, and a chicken and steak plate for about $16, along with some spring rolls. Overall, the food was fresh and high quality, but it is a bit pricey. I would definitely recommend it if you're in the area!

Love this place food is always good! The owners and everyone here is super nice and get very busy because their business gets a lot of customers!!!! I would highly recommend. I would give them 10 stars if I could ????????????????
