Contribuisci feedbackWith my husband, we decided to do Alpaca therapy. We booked our tour. We were lucky because only 2 seats were available. It was very relaxing and informative walk with guide and Alpacas. The tour takes about 10 km (approx. 3 hours), so prepare yourself (clothing...professional shoes as you will go to the forest). Owners of this place are really animal lovers - there are Alpacas, donkeys and dogs. In the price of your hike you also have a lunch. In advance, you can choose your meal if you do not, it will be cheese and some meat waiting for you! When we booked a Alpaca tour, the waitress will change our napkins with Alpacas! So sweet! The food was very good, typical German. The small restaurant was typical of German, family house. I hope to visit this place again! Very recommended!
We visited there last week as a family group of 6 adults and 3 children. The service was extremely slow...extremely! We sat outside on the balcony overlooking a beautiful crystal clear stream (in which you could see the trout that is the speciality of this restaurant and... a functioning water wheel. This place is located in the forest and is a quiet location. We ordered food and I decided (how advised that the portions are quite large to share my main course of turkey breast with ham and cheese with my little one. When this came, everything seemed good and everyone ate their whole dinner without complaints. But when it came to the puddings, we had to ask at least twice for the dessert menu and at that time our 3 little ones started to get a little crazy and were standing on the table nicely. Some of the others decided to take them for a walk in nearby forests while we waited. We must have arrived at 12.30 and we only got our puddings at 3.30. The puddings arrived when the rest of our party came back from their walk, but unfortunately the adults got their first, despite the kids just wanted some ice and so they got a little upset and we ended our puppets to them to keep them happy. The other thing to mention (although this did not happen to others until one of the other adults got sick the next day, which cannot necessarily be connected to each other! was that in this long wait for the puddings, I had to run with a VERY annoyed stomach to the plush and so I assume that the main course was unfortunately not right with me. My little one was fine, and I have a very sensitive stomach and so I can't guarantee that it was the food here, the fault was, but if I can't eat my stomach, it's usually not long enough for it to take effect! I'm sorry if that's too much info! I will say (as with my other reviews will testify that I want to include the toilets in my reviews! that the toilets were absolutely impeccable, which was so much from a higher standard than English conveniences! After our meal we had a nice walk in the forest the surroundings were beautiful. I'm just not sure that the exceptionally slow service (3 hours for a two-course meal) and the potential stomach-duration food was worth it.
Sehr gutes Essen, traumhafte Landschaft drumherum....was will man mehr?Achja....Esel und Alpakas gibts auch!!!
Essen war sehr gutService gutFreundlichkeit gutAbsolut empfehlenswert Auch die Unterkunft ist top!
