Contribuisci feedback2 of the 4 ranch they gave us were open and I couldn't use a gift card I got today because it's damaged and they couldn't type in the numbers. I also asked for barbecue sauce and idk if the person taking the order didn't hear or what because we didn't get
The least effective fast food I have experienced. I have gone at least 5 different times and only made it through once because the service is so slow.
20 min in a drive thru is insane. Figured I'd stop and get breakfast on my way to work. Now I'm late for work. Beyond
A shining example of not enough staff? Store claims to have lobby open at 7a on their doors, at 8a they are still locked. Being this has truck parking, but no drive through for trucks, it's a shining example of how truckers are second class people where food and things like washrooms are not always available.
The atmosphere was strange; the food was good. We stopped at this McDonald 's on a trip to Chicago last year and ended up going somewhere else because the lobby was closed. We thought it was a one time thing, but while we were there this time (literally in the dining area) the lobby closed for no apparent reason around 1pm, and we only knew this because my wife tried to help someone with the door on the assumption the door wasn 't working. She and the other guest were told by someone at the counter that the lobby was actually closed, and he had to go. Their drive thru was not busy, but in that time we watched multiple cars of people approach the lobby doors, realize it was closed, and leave. The whole experience after that point was very awkward. It was a strange experience to have at a recognizable fast food restaurant right off the exit of a major highway. Based off the other reviews on the unreliable nature of the closed lobby (and therefore, bathroom), we will likely make our future Chicago pit stops elsewhere.
