I've been a fan of Adams for many years. Today, I had the opportunity to compare their baby back ribs with those from Mission BBQ. I was surprised to find that the ribs at Adams weren't as tender as I expected.

I don't visit Adam's Ribs in Edgewater very often, but they serve excellent bar comfort food, including tasty appetizers. The bar area is quite dim, with minimal natural light, which is a minor drawback. Overall, it's a great place!

We chose Adam's Taphouse to cater our wedding, and they did an exceptional job! Our menu included crabs and wings accompanied by a variety of fruits, crackers, and cheese for the cocktail hour. For the main course, we had roasted chicken and roast beef, both of which were absolutely delicious, alongside roasted vegetables, potatoes, and salad. Everything was wonderful, and we were even able to take leftovers home. The staff did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy, and the bartender made sure all drinks were continuously flowing. I highly recommend using them; it was a fantastic experience overall!
