Food is never consistent but whatever. My main thing is the staff is horrendously unfriendly. I have never received a good morning even when I say it first, I never get a “have a good day too” when I say it first. They never smile and look like they hate everything and everyone. I ordered a large ice water this morning. They gave me a medium, so I politely let them know I asked for a large and gave it back (I usually wouldn’t do this, but they are charging for water now, so if I’m paying for a large, I expect to receive a large) she made such a stink about it. Huffed and puffed, slammed her hands on the table, and then got my water.I’m fine as I don’t take things like that personally, but imagine customers who have anxiety over asking to correct an order, how would they feel with that type of reaction? You are working in customer service. If you can’t put your personal feelings aside to provide a stranger with kindness and friendliness either go home for the day, or don’t work in customer service. I have been in CS for over 6 years and never once have I acted like this.If this was a one time thing ok I get it, people have bad moments. But I’ve been coming here for 6 years now, and it’s every* single person in that window who has acted like this. I’m done giving them chances. Do better Dunkin. I’m done with this place.
Ordered 3 sandwiches and asked the server if I had everything, she said yes and I went home, only had 2 sandwiches, Not
Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Over 20 minutes waiting time on average per order. Do yourself a favor order ahead 20 minutes before you plan to arrive.
I dont know if all the staff are as nice and fun as Leah and Bianca are, but they were definitely incredibly helpful and made the dunkin experience a good one.
