La Cascada - Edgewater

We had the sweetest server on the planet and eating was incredible. my only complain is that I can live in illinois and not come back more often. very affordable, high quality kitchen. highly recommended.

I have visited this restaurant with my family multiple times. I have tried their posole, which is delicious, but the small size portion is extremely small. After seeing the size of the small portion, both my family members and I had to order the large size instead. We also sampled their burritos, sopapillas, and other menu items. Our meals always arrived at different times, with at least a 10-minute gap between each dish. The interior of the restaurant is not very attractive, as it appears run down. However, the quality of the food makes it worth a visit.

The best item on the menu is the posole and carnitas in Denver. The service is fast and the waiting staff is friendly. The owner is always happy to see you!

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the service is great. While the interior may not be beautiful, the food is delicious, affordable, and the family owners are lovely.
