Contribuisci feedbackMy fiancé and I had an unpleasant experience while ordering at this Panera Bread location today. The cashier named Sandro displayed unprofessional behavior towards us. His customer service and communication skills were lacking, as he was quite rude and made us feel uncomfortable throughout the ordering process. He rushed us through our order and seemed to want to dismiss us. On a positive note, the food was good, and the staff working in the back of the restaurant, including Luz, were pleasant and polite.
My wife and I visited Panera Bread and got exactly what we wanted, as we do at all their locations. The staff always makes our meals enjoyable, so thank you, Panera, for delighting our taste buds with such delicious options. We love exploring new items on the menu, and everything always looks appetizing! Once again, thank you for your excellent service!
I recently visited this restaurant for some soup, and I found the experience quite disappointing. The young lady at the register was chatting on her headset while taking my order, which felt very unprofessional. It was unclear whether she was speaking to a coworker or on a personal call, but either way, it was inappropriate. She was discussing something unrelated to the restaurant and ended up misspelling my name for the order. It's hard to believe she could get "Beth" wrong—she spelled it "Bett." Overall, it was not a great impression.
They don?t bring your food out for curbside pickup despite choosing that as an option on their website. I parked, called the store as instructed on curbside parking sign and was immediately hanged up on. I walked into the store to pick up my order andasked the cashier as to whether they don?t do curbside pickup or if they do, how to do it properly for future orders (e.g.,calling the store as instructed). He sheepishly smiled at me and said they get calls but they just ignore them (which is weirdas it wasn?t busy at all) but to pull up to the other curbside parking spots that were more conspicuously at the front of thestore. I?d recommend to the manager and corporate for employees to pick up customers? orders to at the very least get curbsidepickup functioning as properly intended.
I went to this location on July 9, 2022, around 1:45 pm to pick up bread and bagel. I love the food at Panera, but the cashier was horrible at this location. Either he forgot what I ordered, or he is unfamiliar with the menu. I had to repeat myself aboutthree times. I had a straightforward order; I asked for asiago cheese focaccia and crunchy cinnamon bagel to go. I asked forbread and bagel to get sliced, and he forgot or didn't know how to do it. Because he gave the bagel to me without cutting it, Ihad to ask a couple of times. In the end, another cashier cut the bagel in half and sliced the bread for me. Also, I told him Iwanted to enter my phone number to check if I had any rewards I could use, and he ignored me. I repeated myself about five timesto him to do it. I looked for the cashier's name, but he wasn't wearing a badge, and he didn't give me a receipt nor ask if Iwanted one. I don't know if this cashier was new and not thoroughly trained yet or just incompetent, but I left Panera feelingannoyed and not wanting to return. Horrible customer service!
