Pier 115 - Edgewater

Excellent time spent here at Pier 115 on 7/8/23. Our party of 5 was seated quickly after arriving which was great. We ordered appetizers, entree and drinks. However, my drink wasn’t to my liking. I told our server that I would like to speak to the manager. She came to the table with Nick. I explained what the problem was and immediately rectified it by replacing my drink. Nick also came back minutes later to follow up to make sure that all is well. Nick is the perfect example of a person who knows and understands how important customer service (service to the customer) is and I was pleased. We enjoyed the food and the ambiance at Pier One and plan on returning again.

I really enjoyed the food, Everything was fresh and constantly being replenished with friendly and inviting sevrice great views with plenty of areas to take great photos with your family or loved one.

A nice spot on the water for some dinner and drinks. We went for an engagement party and they had a mix of different finger food. The pizza was pretty good. Despite the waitress being very busy with our party, she was never far and was very kind. The atmosphere is great your view is the classic NYC skyline. What else can you ask for?

I had a wonderful experience at this place! The cocktails were top-notch, and the food exceeded my expectations. The ambience was absolutely fantastic, and the view was simply breathtaking.

Went here twice and the food is amazing! Servers are great too. But the hostesses are not as nice it's a great view of NYC and a nice walk way nearby the pier. Definitely make a reservation if it's a holiday weekend. They told us walk ins are welcome the day before... when we arrived they said not on holiday or special events. Atleast tell us you're overbooked!
