Sanuki Sando Udon - Edgewater

I ordered the salmon jewelry box (top right). There was a sufficient amount of salmon swollen and salmon wild. The rice was well cooked, but my favorite part was the shiso leaves. They give every bite a floral aroma and the balance of the bowl so good! I wish they used another box to serve, but maybe that's a post-COVID thing.

The fish here was super fresh!! It melted practically in my mouth... so delicious would eat 10/10 here again.

Great place. They would get five stars from me when they went back to use real Wasabi.

My wife likes to get Chirashi here. I recently ordered the Shoyu Poke bowl as I missed it from our trip to Maui. The Poke was good, I personally could go without all the extras (rice, pickled seaweed, avocado) and really only for shoyu poke with some onions.

This store is in Mitsuwa market place. Food is very delicious but it takes too long ti make it. Sometimes they cancel orders via Uber when they’re busy. Staffs are no friendly too. $17 for lunch box of steak and garlic shrimp
