For my entrée, I ordered the 18 oz ribeye, which is butchered and prepared on-site. You can even see the chef grilling the meats through a glass wall and check out the showcased meats being served. We both chose similar sides: steamed broccoli, which was perfectly cooked, and I opted for a baked potato while my companion had potatoes au gratin. At first glance, I thought my ribeye might have a bit of fat, but as soon as I took a bite, the flavor and texture impressed me so much that I didn't mind the fattiness at all. It was cooked exactly as I ordered. My friend’s filet mignon was also cooked to her specifications and was absolutely delicious. Just as I was savoring my meal, the manager approached with a replacement plate because she had noticed the ribeye's fattiness—even though I hadn’t mentioned a word about it. She was likely the most attentive and savvy manager I’ve encountered, motivated by a desire to maintain the restaurant’s reputation and ensure customer satisfaction. Both the manager's visit and our waitress's attentive service were perfectly timed; we were never interrupted in our conversation or meal enjoyment, yet our needs were met swiftly. During our meal, they overheard us celebrating my birthday. Once we finished eating, our waitress promptly cleared our plates and then asked if we wanted dessert. We decided to share a large Hot Fudge Sundae, which came with a warm brownie nestled beneath the ice cream and hot fudge, served in a large stemware dish that overflowed onto the plate. Surprisingly, this delicious dessert was complimentary for my birthday. Overall, it was an outstanding dining experience, and I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. Everything was executed flawlessly, and I want to give my utmost praise to both the manager and our waitress. Don’t hesitate to try this place—I truly believe you won’t be disappointed. **Parking:** The parking situation is a bit like a town square with ample spaces available, requiring only a short walk of no more than a third of a block from the furthest spot. **Kid-friendliness:** I noticed many families with small children who were all having a great time and happily eating everything in front of them—something any parent knows is quite unusual when dining out.
