Went to Wendy today around 530 .the girl to my order and there seems to be a misunderstanding. It said jr cheeseburger.and I said I want the 4 for 4 deale and hamburger no cheese.i got a kids burger not the double so I went back.the girl seem to have an Is attitude . So I asked her if she had one cause I was about to tell her how sorry I was that it was happened and I was going to pay for the Burger. But But she came back with I don't have an attitude but I can give you one if you want me to. So I told I would call the 1 800 number And she said that's fine go do it. I was not happy with the attitude that I got So I went in to talk to the manager but I guess they were too busy to come talk to me
Store seemed to be short staffed so service took longer than anticipated; not all menu items were available, at lunch time items needed to be cooked. Employees very professional, but very handicapped. Other stores selling fast food for lunch had long lines, but moving quickly and menu items available. Wendy's send your store a life v raft they're working hard, but need help. Don't blame on the pandemic.
I arrived at Wendy's ar 1043 to be told that they were switching over to lunch and I had to wait 10 mins....after five mins they were ready for lunch! However, not the entire lunch menu was ready.... no baked potato!
The wait can be long at the drive threw, but the food is always good and service is always pleasant. They always wish me a blessed day when I drive threw and it makes my day!
