Pizza Hut - Edgewood

Absolutely terrible experience! I waited an hour for a cold pizza. I called to complain, and they said they would send out another one... I'm still waiting...

My pizza order was completely wrong when it arrived. Instead of the thin crust with honey sriracha sauce that I wanted, I received a pan pizza topped with marinara sauce. I called the restaurant, and they were prompt in sending a new one out.

I ordered a pan pizza, but it wasn't fully cooked and had a doughy texture in the middle. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

Stay away from this pizza hat. they have not delivered anywhere behind the old Giant shop, most of there still lives here they want the inhabitants of edgewood there support business we do not need this type of business in our community.

These factors are important to me since I'm quite selective about where I choose to spend my hard-earned money. I observed how patiently the employees handled the customers, especially given the delays. They did everything they could to be as efficient as possible. I felt compelled to share my positive experience! I hope the management can provide more support to the staff, and I want to give a huge shoutout to those who served us with a smile and delivered the delicious stuffed crust pizzanins. Thank you for your hard work!
