Taco Bell - Edgewood

New building, same bad business. The kiosks where customers can place your orders is a horrible idea. It takes away from any interactions between the customers and the employees. Why even have a front counter to take orders? Why even have a dine in? with the automated kiosks, you 're removing the human element between the customers and the employees so you might as well just make it a drive-through only. and to the regional managers or the higher-ups whom I hope read this I am a regional general manager myself as I run the Hebron (Pizza Hut) and can tell you all your company did was put lipstick on a pig at this location. Be better.

Have been to this taco bell three times since it has opened each time the workers seem upset and pissed off I order max 4 items so it can't be that I'm ordering a $100 order and they're just pissed off bc of it but like bro you choose the job don't be upset when all that happens is people coming to order stop aggressively handing the bag over and throwing **** in it like I just told you to **** off place stuff in there at least try to have some kind of smile or something asked the guy for sauces and the mf ripped the bag back out of my hand and pissely threw in the sauces and flicked the napkin into it then stared at me as I said thank you have a good night foods pretty good though

I ordered a doordash order and only got 1 right item. I call up there and explain the situation and I hear workers in the back telling me I am lying through the phone. When I am literally looking at the food. Upon not receiving right food I missed over half my food that was ordered . New building same ole Edgewood Taco Bell. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Had to ask for help at the counter. No one was working the counter. Ordered a beef burrito there was hardly any beef in it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Alresdy like the old Taco Bell right up the road , rude and disrespectful , whoever the drive through worker is needs to be retrained , they made this location to improve from the last and did no better . Just sad
