Bob's Steak Chop House - Edinburg

Every time I visit Bob’s, the staff makes me feel special and valued. The exceptional service and the outstanding personalities of the team suggest that their hiring process is incredibly thorough. The food is amazing, and the wine pours are generous! My favorite dish is the fried lobster, and I can't get enough of the Malbec from Argentina. I recently attended Bob’s 2nd anniversary Paul Hobbs wine dinner, and they elevated my experience to an entirely new level! I could go on and on about how magical and extraordinarily delightful my time there was, but I wouldn't be able to capture it all in words. Thank you, Bob’s Steak and Chop House!

This is a wonderful restaurant that offers a fantastic atmosphere for a peaceful and enjoyable evening meal. The food is exceptional, and the service is attentive and excellent. For meat lovers, this is a true steakhouse. While it can be a bit pricey, every penny is worth it.

We're here celebrating Jubilee, and this place is definitely worth a visit. The service is attentive, with attention to every detail. The food is also excellent. We had the rib-eye steak, which is served with glazed carrots and potatoes in a peppercorn sauce. I really enjoyed the combination. The bread they serve beforehand is the best I've had in the area. I highly recommend it!
