Crooked Tongue Brewery - Edinburg

I heard about this place months ago, and today she paid a visit. While many breweries have emerged in the last ten years, Crooked Tongue has about six years and the most important thing here is its quality. I do not always like breweries to extensive menus, so it was a pleasure to discover that there was such good food here. I ordered the spin. Art. Burger. with fresh spinach, fried artichokes and garlic Mayo on a well seasoned patty. Wonderful. I'm usually not a soup person, but tried her creamy sourcing and mushroom soup as a side; quite delicious. Their crooked Roni Puffs (at least with cheese oozing) were wonderfully baked. The quality of their beers is the same with their food. A varied selection of stouts, yeast wheat and sour beers. I recommend this place. Ryan and Samantha were both great and attentive. Nice atmosphere to boot.

The best food and drinks in the area. Appropriate prices, creative brewing and menu items, excellent staff. This place has everything!

Great food, excellent service, cute and comfortable.

Five stars all around. First time we had been there and we have no idea why! It was busy but everyone was extremely attentive and the atmosphere was awesome! Will definitely be going back more often, and will be bringing friends.
