I was a frequent customer at this restaurant, but not anymore. I had a bad experience. I ordered by phone to pick up, and the lady confirmed me the order and amount. I paid in restaurant. At home I noticed the order was incomplete. After a discussion with the manager (or person in charge) he asked me for an additional payment to place another order to complete the previous order. I did not accept and the order stayed incomplete.
The price was way too hi, and to make matters worse they charged us 15.00 for tip, we ordered 2 family combos to save money and we ended up paying 15 for an mandatory tip. Probably not returning.

Today, on July 9th, Sunday afternoon, I went into this establishment to order a meal since the restraunt next door was closed, and the time waiting was expected from this Don marisco. The waitresses were confused and running around like chickens without heads, and the manager in store who was observing the lobby didn't move an inch besides to make sure a waitress was still moving back and forth. The food however I liked before this experience where this order of a Hamburger and fries was decently sized filling this plate of mine to the brim but now, with new management, I was told by a waitress that this was the new portion set by the manager himself. This meal is a kid's meal compared to what they used to serve, not even 2 months ago. Regardless of whether the burger 2 months and prior was an extra few inches and the fries had more than this 16 count, this is very disappointing. To everyone I recommended this restaurant to, I regret that decision now, especially the prices staying the same or rising, but the food portion and size decreasing
