Jack In The Box - Edinburg

I really enjoy this Jack in the Box, and I feel the same about most of them. They are consistently clean, and the food is always delicious.

The buns were fantastic, and the burgers were delicious as well. There was an abundance of taco de ojo.

I had stopped visiting this restaurant for a while because, to be honest, it had really gone downhill over the last three months. I dealt with incorrect orders and incredibly long wait times, often taking 25 to 35 minutes just to get some tacos. Since it was my daughter's favorite place, I had to stop bringing her there. However, about a week ago, I decided to give it another shot, anticipating a long wait. To my surprise, the wait time was only about 5 minutes from the moment I ordered until I drove off! The customer service was outstanding as well; the ladies at the window were fantastic. Today, I went back and had the same experience—quick service in and out in less than 5 minutes! Kudos to the owner and managers for stepping up. I hadn't posted anything earlier because I was hoping the experience would improve, and it certainly has!

I waited too long...finally wanted to get pineapple shakes for my family, made the order in the app, went in to pick them up....then I was sad to hear, they were out of them. But the young lady behind the counter couldn't have been nicer and more apologetic. The rest of my order was tacos. And they were as good as always

Love the attention I get when ordering always makes my food the way I love it thank you so much Jack in the box. Also would like bacon potato wedges to come back
