Contribuisci feedbackI am a fan of Subway, but I will not be visiting this particular location when I am in a rush. The staff did their best to serve all customers quickly, but I ended up waiting in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes. I also did not like the touchscreen device in the drive-thru, as I felt it slowed down the process. Despite the wait, the food was enjoyable and the staff apologized for the delay. I will return to this location, but only when I have more time to spare.
I wanted to try a custom sub, they were patient with me. good eating, good service.
So apparently now you don't talk to someone thru the intercom at this Subway to place an order! First off u pull up and no one responds. Luckily i saw a small sign that says press for help! I'm asked what i want and then told to place my order mb placing thru the touchscreen monitor.... After that the wait time for the food was almost double than before ... Not a happy camper and they got my order wrong!
I went to this restaurant at night and noticed two teenage boys running around without masks. I ordered three sandwiches but they did not include any of the vegetables I requested. They charged me extra for the toppings but did not give them to me. When I tried calling the store to speak to the manager, they refused to transfer me. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this place. The employees were rude and seemed incompetent. I ended up paying $28.50 for plain sandwiches.
