Subway - Edinburg

This place has a great selection of subs, but based on my experience, the standout option is definitely the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub. My advice is to decide on your order before you arrive, as the staff can get a bit frustrated if you take too long to choose.

I had lunch here today and it was great! The sandwiches were delicious, and there was a nice variety of chips to choose from. The staff was also very friendly.

I used to love going to this Subway location. They had some amazing employees. It's really disappointing that it has closed down.

One employee was in charge and did a great job managing the steady stream of customers. This Subway location offers mozzarella cheese, which is a rarity in McAllen. However, even though it's situated near UTRGV, it doesn’t offer the 10% student discount that other Subway locations provide. I hope management and corporate will consider this issue.

The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean and efficient. I noticed that the menu has changed. Some people have mentioned that the bread was burned, but mine was cooked perfectly. The server was patient and assisted me with both of my orders as needed.
