I waited in the drive thru 45 minutes only to ask for three different employees again what my order was and take forever to compile a simple menu item. They simply avoid coming here together if they don't want their whole lunch hour to fall.
This location has no priorities on customer service and has always taken no customers in the drive thru. and they have still not answered the window. this subway is on the hill. Metro. get together.
I have been to this restaurant five times now and each time I have had to wait outside for 10-15 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. Even when I went inside and there were no other customers, I was still completely ignored. It is frustrating that they do not acknowledge customers who do not drive up to the restaurant.
I arrived at 6:15 PM. The worker (Noah) was only working on one side of the counter. The dish I ordered had a mix of meat, cheese, and vegetables all together. It had a lot of meat and vegetables in it. Noah explained that it was because they didn't receive a delivery over the weekend. That was the extent of the meal - no drinks or dessert. I was extremely unsatisfied.
The service at this restaurant was fast and excellent. We were in and out in under 10 minutes with the help of the attentive staff, who were willing to assist us in any way possible. The location was clean and the food was fresh.
