Taco Bell - Edinburg

This was my first time dining here and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious as usual, but what really impressed me was the exceptional customer service. A friendly young lady was very attentive, greeting us, asking about our day, checking if we needed anything, and wishing us well. It's rare to find such warm and welcoming service these days, as many employees seem busy, tired, and indifferent. It was refreshing to encounter such a welcoming atmosphere at Taco Bell. Great job!

The food at this restaurant was primarily excellent, but in the cheesy potato burrito we ordered, some of the potatoes were slightly stale. Christian provided helpful and accommodating service. Overall, it was a great experience with good food. Keep up the great work!

Taco Bell is great, but they never give enough hot/mild sauce! Only 4 packets for 3 burritos and 3 soft tacos is not enough. I need at least 15 to 20 packets to really enjoy my meal. Just FYI, their sauce is delicious.

Unfortunately, most of the hired today are busy, tired and uncared. so it was very nice to have a friendly atmosphere here! well done, taco bell!

Taco bell is the best, but they never put enough hot/mild sauces! total 4 are not enough for 3 burritos and 3 soft tacos! I need more than a good 15 to 20 packages! Fyi sauce is gooood?
