Although it may be a bit of a trek to get there, this restaurant is definitely worth it. The food is top-notch and the best we've had in a while. They offer a great variety of seafood, meat, and vegetarian options, all of which are presented excellently and are very satisfying. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is quick and efficient. This place is perfect, especially on a cold night.

Make sure to order the French Onion Soup and don't forget to try the Sticky Toffee Pudding.

The restaurant was very peaceful. The staff was outstanding, but the food was just average. We ordered pate, but there was too much pate and not enough bread. My husband had the onion soup, which was decent. Both of us ordered a chicken dish, but it was supposed to come with a potato nest which was missing. The black pudding and blueberry compote were served in large quantities on the plate, but it wasn't very appetizing. Perhaps it was just an off day for the kitchen or they were more laid-back because the restaurant was quiet.
