Costa Coffee - Edinburgh, City of

As on a business trip in edinburgh away from home and working with a day, I realized a costa a coffee shop that in theory the same products in very large Britain with workers from a certain California, so that they think that my horror, when I load in these, no customers and 6 employees find giggling and running around and running around. that took me until I made an extremely exercised effort to let the personal know that I was watching her, and then they just went behind the counter and giggle over past customers stolen from me. when then 3 customers came, it was as if a switch was switched on cooking toasties, she went on drinking prep and the other wiping a counter, but still giggling on keywords. from customer perspective, when busy this is a okay, but as soon as it goes quiet and the customer performs the boring workers, this is when the dinge can become an unpleasant one. as a member of “Visit Scotland” this outlet is not one that I would recommend for visitors, but only one for a resident of scottland who is not insulted by the employees in this box. pictures attached show the empty box on Saturday morning, where like any other box is packed in the city and country.

The hearty vegan options are the most disappointing and tasteless products of all time. money owners. and not even the coffee is good. I do not understand the popularity of this brand, absolutely nothing good to say. it is always dirty, tables and bathrooms everywhere! the person is not accused when they earn something they pay.

The service came with a smile from all the women who served us. the production of a good cup coffee takes time and if it can take a long time in a waiting queue, but when it comes. beautiful large caffeine with lots of space, so chill in this costa coffe house was a pleasure. there are a few times and his always busy who tells them how much his love.

The place is so dirty! the floor is dirty with old crumbs and stains, tables all with old coffee spots and old crumbs, floor sticky to go and shoes stick. on a plus side coffee is excellent!

Review 1 I went twice during the week and it was all female staff and the service was great and the staff were friendly. Review 2 I went on a Sunday and there was 3 male members of staff on. Two of them looked like they were school students. They spent all their time larking about and couldn't care less if customers got served or not. The tables never got cleared. Since then I have never gone back at the weekend.
