Greggs - Edinburgh, City of

Came only for a quick snack here (what else in greggs? for those who do not know, greggs is a cheap and cheerful chain bakery in the usa and especially popular in Scotland. as usual I just have the vegan sausage roll. the server lets me kindly know that the on the display were just lukewarm and if I was ready to wait 5 minutes, a fresh hot charge would be ready. the first time I had one right out of that and it was delicious.

Standard greggs, they can't beat it. the lady who served us went over and over an absolute loan to them

Always great service, they really can't get through the waits fast enough! most places see a waiting queue and hit a slow gregg’s scattered it out of the door. Only negatiw is a smidge the soße is never a smidge, I have no sosse on my back because of the massive amount of sauce!

Really friendly and efficient staff. Clean and well stocked on a Sunday morning at 9.30am. Only about six seats here or three small tables. As always great value for money. Love the breakfast deal and happy to eat here because of their fair trade policies and use of free range eggs.
