Mcdonald's - Edinburgh, City of

The dining experience was average. I ordered two cheeseburgers and found both to be dry, as if they had been left sitting out for a while.

Im actually shocked at the audacity of this mcdonalds. Called up because part of my order was missing from my app delivery, explaining that this has left a 3 year old autistic child who will only eat chicken nuggets (from mcdonalds) without food. The guy on the phone stated that the order wasnt placed at that mcdonalds even though the app told us differently. He then told us that there was other mcdonalds on the same street and gave us a fake number to call!! Google shows only one mcdonalds on princes street and the app also says that!! Its an actual joke!!!

This McDonald's is a typical spot, but their coffee is worth the price compared to other cafes in Edinburgh, at just 1 Pound.

The hot chocolate was okay, considerably acceptable temperature, the consistency could be improved, the drink was perhaps rather granulated, and additionally the richness wasn't incredible, a little too watery and not quite high enough chocolate concentration. By McDonald's standards though, a decent hot chocolate. 3/10

Despite the potential of the menu, my dining experience was far from satisfactory. While the food quality was passable, it was consistently served lukewarm, detracting from the enjoyment of the meal. Coupled with subpar customer service, unclean washrooms, and repeated order mistakes, it's evident that there are significant areas for improvement. I would recommend management address these issues promptly to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for future patrons.
