Mcdonald's - Edinburgh, City of

I used to enjoy going to this McDonald's, but in the past few years, it has become one of the worst places I have ever eaten at. I would recommend against ordering online, as the food is consistently cold and items are frequently missing. I tried the drive-thru instead, but was still disappointed to receive cold food. The presentation was sloppy, with items just thrown into boxes haphazardly. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is also not great, with unruly individuals causing disturbances. I would suggest avoiding this McDonald's altogether.

The meat was overcooked. I placed an order through the app and the food arrived cold. I contacted the app's support team only to be told they couldn't help. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Avoid getting delivery from here, as it will arrive cold.

I ordered a BBQ wrap that was drowning in mayonnaise, with mayo dripping out. It was absolutely disgusting. The chips were stale and overall I would not recommend this restaurant. The food was prepared very messily.

Went in at 11.40pm ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese one as a meal one as a burger plus extra fries, the order screen asked sitting in or takeaway, got to the till, was given food, and told , you'll have to take it out, we are closing. I ate it in because that is what the screen offered. The burgers were cold, one was cut in half on the bun, fries pale white, and lukewarm. Oh yes, unhelpful staff.

Fast and staff are friendly and pleasant. They accommodate my gf free diet. One of my fav macdonalds in Edinburgh
