I frequently visit Pinto to grab a quick burrito bowl for lunch or dinner. The great thing about Pinto is that customers can customize their meals by choosing toppings. Options include burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, or quesadillas. They can then choose their meat, beans, salsa, and any extras. If you're a fan of Mexican cuisine and looking for a fast meal, Pinto is a good option!
Was already a couple of times at pinto and I liked it both. When I first tried one of her burritos, which were super filling, very tasty and so big, I had problems ending it. the second time I had one of her quesadillas and was surprised by her positiw. Although I like Mexican food better than tex mex, pinto’s is a really good choice for a cost-effective yet good (and fast) meal.
Chain reaction. I tested the lunch offer today and it was also very nice. friendly staff, nice decor and good value make it a safe bet. but it's all a little business now, a Mexican mcdonalds when they become what a shame is. but still worth a visit.
This was my second visit to Pinto, both times for a quick, post-work, pre-cinema meal. If I had written this review after my first visit, it would have been much more positive. On both occasions, I ordered the naked burrito (a burrito without the tortilla), as I tend to make a mess when I eat and somehow still manage to eat a burrito without making a mess. It is also a healthier option. During my first visit, I really enjoyed my bowl of burrito fillings – Pinto beans, rice, salsa, cheese, and sour cream, as well as the option to add crushed tortilla chips for an extra 35p. This time, I opted for the pulled pork and was not disappointed.
I was surprised to see another Tex Mex restaurant opening up next to the popular favorite Illegal Jack's, so I decided to check out the competition. The space is small, but they have been able to fit in more seating than I expected. Everything is clean and functional, similar to the neighboring restaurant. The staff seemed knowledgeable about gluten-free options, and since I love nachos, I decided to give them a try. The nachos were served with cold corn chips, lukewarm cheese sauce, and various toppings. While they were decent, it felt like someone had made them using a kit at home with minimal effort. I had to add some chili sauce to really make the dish stand out.
