Pizza Express - Edinburgh, City of

The pizza is made fresh before them. the service is very fast. I love her laugh. we shared the goat cheese, purea and the margarita pizza. they tasted pretty good . friendly staff.

There is a vegetarian restaurant directly opposite (henderson’s holyrood,) but I was fried with a few omnivores who eat pizza, so we had lunch here. they have a separate vegan menu with quite many vegan options. I had the leggera veganed roasted veg pizza and I must admit it was delicious and fill a really original combination of pizza and salat. However, leggera teig was quite unusual for my more traditional taste when it comes to pizza dough.

They now have 2 very good vegan pizzas and give zizzi’s a run for their money:

We just happened upon Pizza Express. Great find! Good options and the service was excellent. Prices were great and the portions more than adequate.

Another above average Italian restaurant in the lower section of Edinburgh. We had the mushroom pizza and an order of the garlic bread. Both were above average. They have indoor and outdoor seating and are dog friendly. They don't have any draft beers but have a decent selection of about bottles or cans ranging from GBP per.
