Sky Garden - Edinburgh, City of

We ordered multiple meals for a second year for Christmas Day. The staff are lovely, polite and helpful. The food was DELICIOUS! Delivery right on time. Would highly recommend.

I got a meal from Sky Garden tonight I have used them often and been happy , but tonight I couldn’t eat it at all, I got sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style. The chicken I could not chew through and the sauce tasted like some kind of chemical. It was vile all went in the bin. I phoned to complain, she just said that’s the normal way it’s cooked she did not care. I def won’t use them again!

Had to wait over one and half hours for our takeaway to arrive over half an hour later than they had said. No money back was offered either. Appalling customer service.

I have been searching for a good Chinese takeout for a while now, and I am delighted to say that I have finally found one. The food was really delicious, especially the salt and chili prawns, sweet and sour chicken, and the rice and noodles were all perfect.

Been using this Chinese for quite a few years now and never had a problem... have they got new staff? Have they been taken over? I don’t know but tonight the 24/12/19 I ordered at 18:45... got an email a few mins later saying that it’s gonna 20 mins more later and going to arrive at 20:04. 20:34 order arrives... no prawn crackers and my dish the deep fried shredded chicken was half full.. contacted them and they said that prawn crackers only come with orders over £20. My order was which I stated... bear in mind I’ve been ordering from them for years and I always get free prawn crackers on orders over £10 which it does state on their menus etc.. etc... anyway... she’s then like I’ll contact the driver and then just went. I’ll give you ones on your next order.. well I get free ones anyway so not really wanting 2 bags of prawn crackers on one meal order... so the food is ok and has always been great in the pasr but their attitude on this occasion... sorry but if your busy then don’t take any more orders and instead of saying a false time when it’s gonna arrive, just give the real estimation and also have everything in the order instead of being half full or missing...
