Starbucks Lothian Road

Wow The service here was shocking 7/10/2022 Firstly girl behind counter you could fit a carpet in her bottom lip Looked depressed No please no thank you Anyways on to the next girl Blonde hair I waited like 5 mins for my order I thought they had forget about it. When I approached the counter to ask they put there hand up and says you'll get yr drink when it's ready I run my own shop just up road and would never or never even thought about treating a customer like that even when it's quiet nevermind busy

Been coming to this branch for 7 years the current staff are the slowest staff the branch have had. 3 people serving I’ve been stood 15 minutes waiting for a latte I pre ordered 7 minutes before I arrived.

We visited this Starbucks for breakfast and coffee as a family and experienced one of the best Starbucks service ever from the team that served us on Tuesday 11th August. Well done guys!

Starbucks. What can I say.... I simply wanted to order a nice cup of English tea however I never knew such a simple task could be so complicated. After examining the exterior of the premises, I was not surprised when I was not greeted with a waiter or a table service upon my arrival at Starbucks. The worker that served me was very perplexed and was rather condescending towards me when I did not know what a grande or a venti cup size was. I bit my tongue and ordered a venti tea, however the worker then had the audacity to ask me some extremely personal information to write on my drink! (How rude! I should not have to enclose GDPR just for a cup of tea! I then asked to speak to the manager as this young worker was obviously a con artist who was wanting to steal my data. To my disbelief the worker rolled his eyes, laughed and continued to serve other customers. I left the premises that instant without my drink. I shall not be returning!

My wife and I were looking for somewhere for a coffee before attending a nearby theatre. To its credit Starbucks was one of the few coffee shops still open at 7pm. However, that's about the only plus that I could find. On arrival the place was pretty busy but we managed to find a seat in the back room. The member of staff behind the counter was pleasant but looked as if she was rushed of her feet. On sitting down to drink our coffee we noticed empty cups strewn across all the empty tables and the place was so cold we had to keep our jackets on. The place also had a grubby feeling about it. A visit to the toilet before leaving was not a particularly pleasant experience as they felt as if they had not been shown any attention for quite a few hours. Overall, a pretty poor coffee experience and I can't imagine that I will rush back.
