Tgi Friday's Edinburgh

Managed to get a table on a Monday when comparable eateries were fully booked. Decor looks like it needs a refresh, chairs booth benches all chipped, but clean, fairly fast and friendly service. Food is TGI’s as I remember, great ribs/chicken wings/fries etc. plenty filling.

Struggled to get in anywhere on a Wednesday night but managed to walk in here. We got the ribs and a chicken flatbread. I also had a pina colada. Staff friendly. Would recommend

We pre-booked and were worried that they had only allocated one hour ten minutes for our meal but everything was good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was great but I got a bit confused by the drinks as I wanted...draft beer ended up with it in a bottle.

We were booked in with a place in Castle St Edinburgh but were extremely let down by their lack of customer service. So we walked across the road to be warmly welcomed by the brilliant team here. A Birthday supper for my husband, they showed...us a great table. The extensive menu was all scrumptious, but after much thought we went for a full rack of classic ribs and an American cheeseburger, which we shared between us. The music was wonderful too, usually its too loud in restaurants, but it had us tapping our feet. The covid procedures cleanliness were spot on, some tables were blocked off, to ensure social distancing. And a birthday brownie with a candle was a splendid touch. A great mixture of customers, families with children, solos, groups couples all receiving the excellent service we got. The food by the way was amazing!

The food here was really nice shame a lot was not available especially my favourite. The service was really good and waitress was great in ensuring everything was okay. The service was great and fast.
