I'm so glad we walked on this street and landed in this caffe. if they happen to travel or a local in edinburgh, they do one like and visit this little but beautiful caffe. we had sandwiches with fresh bread and tried their homemade mushroom soup. very delicious! oh, and they also have baked and cake, only for the case that they want to dessert. I also had cappuccino and my wife of the elderflower sparkling water and she loved it.
Owner susan is super friendly. her eating is always freshly prepared and she comes with delicious recipes all the time. I love the sweets / cake selection! the place itself is tiny, but super cozy. I go there every time I'm close, as she's just one in the neighborhood that accepts card payments. are they ready that they sometimes close earlier!
Delicious local cuisine. also, great variety on the menu, so all family has much to choose. a beautiful small place for a quick bite to eat. excellent also. chicken curry bowl at £4 was delicious.
We had tasty vegan momos, kichererbsen and spinat curry with rice and the most delicious chocolate hazelnut cake of all time! we love this little and friendly local caffe. awesome yummy food!
Lovely place with delicious food, good portions, and great, friendly service. We bought an amazing bacon, sausage, black pudding roll for a late breakfast, but you can get tasty curry rice bowls, Thukpa and more too for lunch afternoon snack!
