Food was great and got free drinks as we had to wait 2 minutes for food. bonus ????
I was today before security checks and I ordered chicken cesar salad everything was ok only after 1 h I feel really bad and I have vomiting . Something was no right with this food never again. Now after 4 h I still feel really bad.
Worst customer service ever. Having the assumption that when you go to an airport where you are actually a regular, you wouldn 't experience something extremely shocking service. At Weatherspoon (outside the security area) you do. On a quiet Thursday evening, like today we grabbed a couple of beers and food with my boyfriend to say bye for a while to each other. Around the security area of an airport I think this is normal. Being at our early thirties we behaved completely normal, of course it is hard to say goodbye. After our second pint (the last one because I had to go to get to the plane) this tall, brown hair lady with yellow name badge (that she apparently took off after telling us off loudly) came to our table and put us in a very humiliating situation. She said: "Come on guys this is a restaurant not a hotel room). As I mentioned before we weren 't behaving like teenagers even, there were only a few customers sitting not even around us therefore we were just shocked and couldn 't say a word at all. Well, in a proper restaurant you would get cutlery when the person dropped it on the floor when serving you. Anyway she put us in a situation that I don 't wish to feel to anyone. In a hard moment she just made us feel embarrassed by telling us as customers off in an inappropriate manner. I would like to ask the management of the restaurant of the place to have a deep discussion with this lady of what does the actual customer service mean especially on an airport. Thank you.
Came in for a pint before a flight to Dublin with my son, he had a bag of chips from Burger King and was told to eat them outside as only food bought on the premises could be eaten there. I told him not to go he did, he is too polite) I pointed out that a lady at another table was eating sandwiches which she had brought with her she just shrugged her shoulders I then opened my bag and took out my apple and proceeded to eat it, the frosty faced boot never said a word. Won't be back.
