Chick-fil-a - Edison

I encountered a new employee who seemed uncertain about her tasks and refused to seek help from a manager. I requested my food to be prepared a certain way, but it wasn't done as I asked. I typically enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this experience has really soured me. I won't be spending my money at the Menlo Park Chick-fil-A again!

I went here for a quick bite and was disappointed to find a piece of hair in my nuggets box. It was frustrating because it ruined my meal, and I couldn't finish it!

A very busy Chickfila in the Menlo Mall. During prime time, I suggest ordering ahead 10-15 before you get to the restaurant to avoid a long wait. Food here is pretty consistent. I typically only get chicken sandwiches, nuggets fries. Can't comment onthe salads or desserts.

I had the worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. I ordered online and waited for 30 minutes, but my order never arrived. When I asked the staff for an update, they realized they had completely overlooked my order. I had to place it again and wait once more. When my order finally came, I took it home, only to discover that they had left out my entree, sides, and a total of three items. I had only ordered four in total. I went back to the restaurant to explain the situation, and after showing them my receipt, they packed up the missing items for me again. However, when I checked the bags, they had messed it up a second time. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. The management really needs to improve. I spent the entire day there with my child, who was struggling to get the attention of the staff. Meanwhile, other children were just standing around doing nothing. Four kids were simply filling up drinks with their fingers. I came here expecting a quick meal, but instead, I had to wait 40 minutes for my order. When it finally arrived, I received a cold chicken sandwich and cold nuggets for my children. I was very disappointed.
