Nalla Bheema - Edison

This is our go-to South Indian restaurant in the area. The non-vegetarian dishes are outstanding! We particularly enjoy the Chicken 65, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Lollipops, and Aatu Kal soup. They recently reopened after a five-month closure, so I strongly encourage you to give it a visit!

After almost a year, I revisited today for the Christmas buffet, and I have to say, there have been notable improvements. The food was delightful! The Nandu gravy with pepper was particularly flavorful. I really appreciate the effort to use high-quality spices in their dishes. However, I am a bit perplexed by the decision to serve bottled water. I understand the expenses associated with preparing authentic South Indian cuisine, and I think they should reconsider this choice for two reasons: cost and the environmental impact of plastic. It would be wonderful if they could offer filtered water at the tables instead.

This is the best Chettinad cuisine I've ever tasted! The fish fry and crab masala are standout dishes, and every meal is absolutely delicious.

I went for a business lunch when it was relatively quiet for the buffet. but the items were good, especially the chicken 'lollipop ' and the lamb curry, along with the egg biriyani. it was better than i expected, and milder. didn 't find the real chettinad items like the kuzhi paniyaram etc but i suspect that 's on the menu, which we didn 't opt for, instead going for the buffet. service was quite good. don 't know how much it cost, as my host paid. but i was pleasantly surprised at this place tucked away in a nondescript strip mall.
