Noodle Plus - Edison

This has been my favorite spot for years. The food is consistently excellent, the prices are great, and the staff is incredibly friendly—they even remember my phone number when I call for takeout and know my usual order!

The appearance of the sushi rolls could use some improvement, but the taste definitely made up for it. The calamari was well-seasoned and flavorful. The server was really cool and had a great vibe. This is the only sushi and ramen place that didn't break the bank for me.

Absolutely! They are open for takeout during the shelter-in-place order! Instead of using Uber Eats, I decided to go in person since I saw that my favorite chicken with kinoko cream sauce wasn't listed as an option. Luckily, it turned out to be available! I highly suggest adding extra udon for just $3, as it made for two meals—definitely worth it. Plus, I received a free appetizer with my pickup! The tempura gyoza remained crispy even after an hour at home.

The food was excellent! I particularly loved the squid tempura roll, and the beef and shrimp ramen was fantastic too. I certainly intend to return and order those same dishes again.

Honestly, the food here is fantastic for the price. I've had plenty of sushi at various places, and this is definitely the best value for your money. I have no complaints about the quality or taste—the food is very fresh and delicious! Plus, the prices are really reasonable. While the restaurant could use some renovations, the food is simply perfect.
