Every time I call this place for apartments, it's always a problem. if they order a lot of their customers apartments, why not order extra. looks as if it starts to become a personal ding.

The lady who works there is mean AF. I won't be going back. If she's the cook, the food will be evil too. I wish the employees luck. Hopefully they won't become jaded dealing with such a grumpy woman.

Overall terrible experience. We ordered early in the morning to pick up wings in the afternoon for game day. While the wings were prepared on time, the wings tasted awful. They tasted as if they ran out of sauce and diluted it with water. No flavor whatsoever. When I called to request a refund I was told that they were busy yesterday because of the Super Bowl, which I COMPLETELY understand but that's not an excuse I'm sorry. I paid $50 for a tray of wings that we didn't even eat. If they aren't able to fulfill all orders on a high volume day, then they shouldn't accept multiple orders. Simple.

If I could give this place 0 stars I will! My husband I love wing stop decided to get food from here. I called a dozen of times to place an order but the phone wasn?t ringing so I decided to stop in. Even worst idea! Come in wasn?t greeted. Short lady in the front? are you here for pick up?? I told her no I wanted to place an order. She said they were only taking orders online? ? like huh? I said okay I was calling you guys. She told me that the phone wasn?t working. All these red flags but I still placed the order. After I placed the order I came in to asked if she received the order so that I can go to Aldi before it closed. The lady totally ignored as I was calling her. I had to go behind the glass to get her attention this lady still ignored me. Smh Got the food drinks and it was a bug in my husband drink. I took a look at the glass couldn?t help but to see this posted on it. Look at the pictures below. So the phone don?t work, the system to place orders in the store don?t work, no employees. Why are they still open? Anyways worst worst experience in my life at a fast food restaurant. I always have respect for the ppl that prepared my food but this lady was asking me to cursed her out! Please save your time patience.

Nothing special here, employees seemed miserable or maybe it was slow, but definitely not greeting customers with even a fake smile. I ordered a boneless 6 piece combo. Wings were a bit overcooked and totally soaked in the sauces I ordered. French fries were better then I expected and actually better then the buffalo wings, I must also say the blue cheese dressing is also REALLY good here!
