City Bites - Edmond

The rude customer service is completely unacceptable. Recently, I visited this restaurant with my family and approached the counter, where there was no one to assist us. We waited for about seven minutes before someone, whom I assumed was a manager because she had been sitting there the whole time, finally came to help us. She was an older lady with blonde hair. After we placed our order, we waited an additional 17 minutes for three sandwiches. When we politely inquired about the delay, she responded with an attitude and raised her voice, almost yelling at us. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quick meal.

I placed an order through the app only to discover that the store was closed. Why was my order accepted in the first place?

I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The food is consistently hot and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the generous portions you receive. If you have dietary restrictions, they offer gluten-free bread for an additional $2.

I cannot recommend the Edmond Santa Fe location. I spent 40 minutes on a round trip and ended up paying over $50 for burnt bread. One of the sandwiches was so poorly put together that I had to use a fork to eat it. I usually visit for the bread, so I was really disappointed with this experience. I don't understand why they would serve it that way.

This will be my final visit to this restaurant. Every time I've been here, I've noticed that all the tables and booths are dirty, and today we were the only customers. You have no choice but to wipe down your own table before sitting down. They did come to clean the tables while we were eating, but that was only because they were preparing to close and putting up the chairs. It appears they only clean at closing time. Additionally, the sandwich I received was soggy when it arrived. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
