Cowboy Chicken - Edmond

Food is good, but every time both this store and the one west of here can 't get any order correct. Food 5 starsAccuracy of order 1 starAlways check your order! They have even acted like I was crazy, but when they check the order it 's always oh you are right, we did forget one of the meals you paid for or oh we did forget to include 2 family sides and bread .Most recently we ordered a family for 6 chicken at the other location and they gave us the family for 4 chicken.They just can 't seem to get the order correct. For the record I think they have gotten 2 orders correct out of 8 or 9 orders.If you dine in, it 's a good experience. Don 't do take out.

This restaurant serves incredibly tasty rotisserie chicken that is perfectly cooked and seasoned. The menu also offers a variety of wonderful and unique side dishes. I had never tried creamed spinach before, but it was surprisingly delicious. The sides are not only unique, but also made with great care for quality and flavor. I highly recommend trying the cucumber jalapeño lemonade.

I was in a pretty bad mood this morning so I was hoping to go out to somewhere I haven't been before to try something new in an attempt to cheer myself up and I'm sure glad I did. Not only was the mac and cheese and fries literally STELLAR!!!! But so was the cashier! I wasn't able to catch their name, but they had a septum piercing, buzzed hair, and graphic belt. I don't think I have ever had a more pleasant server except for at Disney World. Very informative, patient, and they just seemed like they loved their work! Really exceptional experience, we will definitely be back.

We hired Cowboy Chicken to cater our wedding, and it was absolutely fantastic! Every guest raved about the delicious food and asked who the caterer was. Cody was a pleasure to work with during the planning process, very friendly and helpful. He was able to accommodate last-minute changes without any issues. The staff who served the food were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Cowboy Chicken for any catering needs!

I don't know the server's name, but she was so kind and helpful. She gave my kids stickers, got our order right in, and even put up with my dad's corny jokes. Good service is everything.Food: 5/5
