The food at this restaurant is amazing! However, the employees who answer the phone are very rude and unprofessional. It's disappointing to see this kind of behavior, especially since I really enjoy the food here.

The lack of accountability at this restaurant is very concerning. When we asked for assistance during lunch, we were met with a dismissive attitude. The lack of respect was evident throughout our entire meal.

I love this restaurant because it is conveniently located near me. I also appreciate the commitment of Firehouse Subs to directly support local volunteer firefighters in their important mission to protect and serve the community.

They consistently forget the pickle that comes with sandwiches, and frequently make me the wrong sandwich (which usually means I'm overcharged for what I'm actually given), and I have never had a correct order when getting pickup. VERY POOR customer service at this location. ?

Shout out to the ladies working yesterday during lunch. They helped us order the right thing on the menu for my daughter and everything was made made correctly and promptly. They were friendly and efficient. Solid Firehouse giving exactly what you you expect to get.
