Hidalgo's Mexican Cantina - Edmond

This was easily my best experience in establishing a Latino restaurant in the area. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Be sure to request the spicy salsa and white queso, as well as your preferred spice level for your dish. The default spice level is quite mild, likely because of the local clientele's taste preferences.

I recently visited this restaurant with a friend after hearing wonderful things about their new menu items and cocktail selections. I ordered the bacon-wrapped shrimp and couldn't have been happier with my choice. The food was fresh and delicious, truly top-notch. The tortillas tasted homemade, and our server was quick and polite without being intrusive. I highly recommend this place! I also appreciate that they offer both traditional favorites and new low-calorie, low-carb options.

This restaurant had an amusing vibe. The food was decent, but a little bland, and my dish didn’t come out as described. When I inquired about the missing item, I was charged an extra $3. My meal lacked guacamole and pico de gallo, which made it quite dry. However, my wife’s dish was as advertised and came with sour cream and guacamole. On the plus side, everyone was really friendly, and the margaritas were fantastic!

My wife and I tried Hidalgos for the first time tonight and loved it totally! Very good food and margaritas too. Very recommended to eat here! Great Queen and Enchiladas!

Hidalgo?s have a great selection of Mexican food! I think they make their tortillas and their tortillas are AMAZING. It?s soft and chewy at the same time. The set up that you get when you order entrees includes two salsas, one white queso. Everything was good but their white queso is really creamy and has corn flavor that I love. My husband got shrimp and steak combo fajita, and I got the Hidalgo?s parrilla. They both came out fresh and hot, and they were delicious. You should expect a wait if you visit for Friday or Saturday dinner.
