Pei Wei Asian Diner - Edmond

I ordered by postmates 2 dishes. pad thai with extra vegs and orange bun with cauliflower. the cauliflower reis sas great! it was suppe and not cooked. the hunch was on it....i tried a few chickens. some were boiled, but some were not cooked all the way through....i was grown. the pad thai had pancakes in that that were raw, and strict. so hard that you couldn't eat it. loose green onion leaves...DISGUSTING mess. this order cost me over $30.00....I had to throw it all in the trash. couldn't eat it. contacted post-cameras, they couldn't do anything about it. the restaurant was closed after I had decided that it was mixed...that I did not...read more

Really terrible. I love this pei wei. but I've reached my 3 strikes. in the last year this location has further decreased. every time I've been there, the place is really dirty, like no one is sweeping or purifying at all. they leave all the chaos there, on the floor, the chairs. eating is terrible. I always got the same dish, it was always great. Now it's horrible every time. it's like they don't even cook/prepare the dishes. also the fried rice is bad. the brokkoli is completely raw. it is almost like a packed dinner that they add the sauce of the teller, cook it for 2 min and call it done and serve. will not go back!

Pei wei edmond, ok. I usually don't do this unless it was absolutely illegitimate! our meal was disgusting. the place was dirty. we didn't even eat it. it was such a disappointment. we don't go back until they clean up their act and get someone in there who knows how to cook it right.

Edmond oklahoma pei wei even worse I have ever been ordering online the order was completely wrong when I claimed back kitchen manager, he would refund one of my three wrong orders, never called back 2. manager said he would call a refund then call me with a confirmation never happened, called a week later 1. manager quite much said it was too bad to reimburse for her error, I will never go there.

New manegment sucks. I am going this location since last 6 years once a week never felt bad about it. But since last couple of month i fell like its not welcoming staff as it was. Food gone wrong way also i been earing same dish from long time which is not same any more. Ingredients still okay but staff is mean now so the manager no greetings.we need same old management back.
