Scooter's Coffee - Edmond

I arrived 15 minutes before closing, hoping to order a blended drink, but I was told I couldn't because they were washing the blender. It seems a bit unreasonable; it wouldn't be that difficult to blend something and then clean the blender again.

Although the staff is very friendly, the quality of service has been declining. Today, I ordered a pumpkin spice coffee, and it tasted terrible—it didn’t even have a hint of pumpkin flavor, which was really disappointing. Ever since new management came in, I’ve been hesitant to drink there because I’ve noticed the drop in quality.

I almost overlooked the small drive-thru located at Edmond Rd and Fretz Ave, but I was thrilled to discover it was a coffee shop and couldn't wait to give it a try. The first thing that stands out when ordering at Scooters is the pricing. I found it to be much more reasonable compared to other coffee shops in the area. I ordered an iced coffee, which I believe had caramel in it. I was surprised to read an earlier review that mentioned their drink had little coffee and too much sweetener because my experience was quite different; my coffee was rich and flavorful. Unlike at Starbucks, where I often have to pay for extra shots of espresso just to taste the coffee, at Scooters, I enjoyed a strong beverage without needing to do that. In fact, my large iced coffee was cheaper than a small one at Starbucks! The staff members were friendly and efficient, and they crafted an excellent cup of iced coffee. It's refreshing to find a place with fair pricing and pleasant employees, qualities that foster long-term customer loyalty. Overall, it's a fantastic spot!

Tina was incredible! It had been a while since we visited Scooters. When we arrived, a gentleman approached us to assist with our order, but we weren’t quite ready since we were unsure about what to get. That’s when Tina jumped in on the intercom; I inquired about the vanilla honey latte, and she gave a fantastic description of its taste and flavor. She even suggested trying oat milk to make it less sweet! I absolutely loved the latte and appreciated Tina’s enthusiasm. She even asked how I liked it after my first sip, and it was exactly as she had described! Thank you so much, Tina!
