Starbucks - Edmond

I come to this Starbucks regularly and usually it is great! However, today I was ordering a crème frappe and when I tasted it they had made it with the espresso, I asked the lady there and she said I had ordered it regular I honestly can’t remember wether I did or not) I asked if I could throw it away and she make a new one without and she refused. Honestly I was a little disappointed because I thought they had a satisfaction guarantee policy… I guess I was wrong. I ended up spending around $12 for a drink. Although I will say there service was fast even when it was busier… so props to them on that!!!

People are nice. This location is not crazy busy, which is good because you can walk in and get your stuff quickly. Most people are too lazy for that and just want a drive through location. Black coffee was ridiculously hot today. It takes a good 25 minutes of being left alone before I can drink it.

They were out of dark roast coffee but offered to do a pour over for my wife. Very cool since the last Starbucks didn’t. The place is cozy only problem I had is the music was kind of loud. Not sure why restaurants and coffee places feel the need to do that.

Came here on 07Mar2019 to meet on of my friends relative. This starBucks is good and have large place inside. I see other customers are working busy in their laptops. Internet connection is good. THANKS to Starbucks for providing Best coffee and internet services. Personally I like the internet quality and speed at STARBUCKS.

Stopped for late breakfast, had a latte, oatmeal, and egg bites. All good
