No longer Sushi Moto. Now Kazoku. Extra tables made the plans feel like a cafeteria instead of a restaurant. Waited for 40 minutes with both l nothing to show but a bowl of miso. I decided to mix things up and stray from my usual order. I started with the ikura gunkan, which was absolutely delicious. Next, I had some shu mai—hard to go wrong there. I also tried gomae, a Korean spinach side dish topped with a uniquely tasty sauce, and I highly recommend it. For my main course, I went with the special moto scallop eel roll and some kake udon, both of which were fantastic! The menu is quite extensive, so I look forward to trying more dishes in the future. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, featuring artwork and traditional Japanese-style tables, and there’s even seating at the bar. I can’t wait to come back!

It is always a wonderful experience to eat in this place, the staff is always very friendly and the chefs are spectacular. Delicious food, excellent service, nice upscale atmosphere, the prices were a bit higher than usual, but good quality. We had the teriyaki chicken bento, spicy chashu ramen (very spicy and good), curry chicken katsudon (unexpectedly spicy) and the Crazy Devil roll (nicely super spicy). When they say spicy they mean it!
