Kfc - Edmonston

Didn't have thighs and had a 14 minute wait. Cancelled that order and got something else but still had to wait 10 minutes for fries.

Always out of sides. My last three visits, ice machine broken, no french fries and no biscuit.

I came to buy chicken today at about 7:55 p.m. they were out of crispy chicken, and the cashier said the water was down and she could not give me a courtesy cup of water. Mind you it is about 95 degrees outside today and water is essential. She was snappy and had an attitude I went through the drive-thru. Also I did not get a receipt.

The Maryland department of health and hygiene needs to come inspect their environment especially the restroom. They have to close this place down. I've been to this KFC a couple of times and I noticed their restroom is always a mess! This is disgusting to have food coming from that same building.

The staff is a little slow. However, this may be due to old equipment as this location is over 10 years old. It used to also be a different take that served two kids of fast food. The food was great and they keep the dinning area very clean. They also accommodated a famous bowl and made it vegetarian friendly without making me feel like I asked for extra work on their part. The staff is amazing I just wish they would give this location some love. Like a new coat of paint or new decor. The staff totally deserves it.
