Pho Hoan Pasteur Fusion Noodle House

I’ve never been to this location but ordered a super tasty Bun Bo Hue with egg noodles subbed in for rice noodles. Broth was bright and spicy which balanced the richness of pork balls and beef. Exactly what I was looking for. Bright and clean location, good and responsive service for our table of 8 friends. Thanks!

The service has gone downhill in the past couple years. Before you'd get friendly service. Now I get asked what do you want? When I was finished waiting for the bill.

The food was excellent! We were not let down at all! They also were very accommodating towards our kids.

I recently ordered take-out from this restaurant. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, but I arrived in 10. Unfortunately, the broth was not hot enough to cook the beef. I called the restaurant and explained the issue, and they told me they would heat up the broth instead of offering a refund.
